The scenery around here can be breathtaking. If you open your window you can hear the stream that flows through the front of the property. The house is cable-ready with hi speed internet (I get about 30MPS). The two wood burning stoves can easily heat the entire house (usually one can). There are fruit bearing trees throughout the yard; More peaches than you can eat blueberries plums apples pears wild blackberries and more. Rent includes free lawn mowing service. I'm just completing interior renovations: a new kitchen with granite counters new cabinetry and appliances a high-end master bedroom and bathroom with a 2 person open air soaking tub newly painted throughout etc. Interior images to come. The schools here are excellent IMO. The school bus stops at the front driveway (if you have a child). The schools are about 5 miles away (Elem Middle and High). The back yard has over an acre fenced in for a dog. Also it's built so he can go outside in a limited smaller area when his owner is away at work. The commute is about 35 mins to APG 40 mins to Towson about an hour to Baltimore. There's very little traffic out here so - it's clear sailing until you get close to a city. Owner pays for water and sewer and lawn service.
