This is an energy saving home! The geo-thermal heating and cooling (replaced in 2014) is unbelievably efficient. The 80-gallon hot water tank ensures everyone always has a hot shower! The kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances and Corian c-tops for durability. Main level office is a boon for those work-from-home days. We have made other improvements as well -- updated bathrooms, wood floors, new siding and gutters, paver walkways. On cold winter days, we enjoy the family room fireplace. In warmer temps, we love to spend time with friends outside on the screened in porch. Our private lot is just within a few minutes walk of Balls Bluff Park where it's easy to walk the dog or just go for a evening run.
