The Tiny Gingerbread is decorated storybook-style with antiques and special artistic touches. It is surrounded by animals and a peaceful creek right in the farmyard where you can sit. There is also a little deck /porch above the Aviary to sit on as you watch the animals. The Fibre Optics Wi-Fi makes working from home online ideal. The tiny home is also ideal for traveling Nurses. It's 28.8 miles to Mission Hospital in Asheville and 23.3 miles to Blueridge Hospital in Spruce Pine. Your pet is welcome. Our road is a hard-packed gravel and dirt road with some waffling. High clearance cars like SUVs, both front and all wheel drives, like our road best. But all kinds of cars can do fine on the road except those with very low clearance. The Tiny Gingerbread, which is what we call it, is available for rent April 6th. The lease duration is six months or more with the 1st and last month due at signing. Water, electric, and internet are included in the monthly rent. This 380 square foot tiny home is ideal for one person but couples have enjoyed the space as well.
