New kitchen cabinets, kitchen table and chairs, nice hardwood floors throughout, mostly furnished, washer, dryer, Kitchen range, microwave and frig... toaster, coffee pot, can opener... matching couch and love seat, TV, DVD player, small office desk and misc. items... Large dresser, small end table, gun rack and stand up lamp in bedroom. Heat is LP gas unit with a nice wood stove as well. New windows and recently installed range hood. Sauna is wood fired. Monthly rate posted is based on double occupancy, 12 month lease, and includes; electric, gas, water/sewer, and trash pickup at roadside. (might help with some wood as well...) No smoking unit! Prefer no pets but may allow if well taken care of...with separate pet agreement and pet deposit. Good references and a completed application are required for consideration!
