Index Riversites community on a private road. The home features a brand new bathroom, two fireplaces, a hot tub that overlooks the river, and hardwood floors throughout. The home is a solid cedar house with a dishwasher, double oven, convection microwave, and large fridge. It is in a quiet community surrounded by trees, the mountains, and the sounds of the flowing river. It was an Airbnb for many years so it is well maintained. We are tired of the nightly rental scene and are looking for permanent renters. One year lease preferred, open to shorter or longer terms for the right candidate. House is on a well and septic. Renter is responsible for Internet, Electricity, and Propane. There is no garbage service in the area. Renter must take their own garbage out of the community. Local dump is not far, and is very inexpensive.
