Residents can enjoy small community living along the Bosque where they can walk, jog, bike, kayak, and fish. We are less than a mile from the Rail Runner station, close to eateries, shopping, and a movie theater. We are less than 10 minutes from down town and CNM as well as a short drive from UNM. All our energy efficient units are 2 bedrooms with washer and drier hookups, back yards, and refrigerated air. Residents pay light and gas, owner pays water, sewage, and trash. We also have luxury apartments available. Require within. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9-5 pm. Weekend appointments can be scheduled in advance.
