OK, I am known for my honesty in my remarks. Do NOT go in the house. It is unsafe and a tear down. You can see in the pictures the foundation is in very very poor condition HOWEVER. This location has municipal sewer connection to the North Shore Sanitary district and there is a well on the property. just a half a block from Lake Superior!!
