I am a retiree, quiet, and will stay out of your way, and amenable to keeping your living space in working condition. Street parking is available in this quiet neighborhood and, hopefully, nearby for your commute to work or school. Upstairs rental of either one fully furnished bedroom (400,00 per month) or two fully furnished bedrooms (750.00) and private bathroom. Sharing of the downstairs kitchen and washer/dryer with street parking and access to a shed for storage. Utilities which include electric, natural gas, water, and internet will be 75.00 for each bedroom rental. No pets and no smoking. If one rents both bedrooms, one can easily be used as a bedroom and the other as an office or guestroom. Quiet neighborhood, safe, and amenable to outdoor activities. I will be living downstairs and sharing the kitchen and washer/dryer with the renter or renters. I respect your privacy and will not interfere with your space. Rent and utilities will be due the first week of every month.
