We have a fully furnished house located about two blocks away from the Mayo Clinic. The walkable subway system is 1 block away and once in it, you are able to access the downtown building without going outside. This is a furnished two bedroom house on the ground floor with hardwood floors throughout. There is a free washer and dryer in the basement. Parking is on the street which requires a parking permit from the City of Rochester ($30/year + $8 app fee). We offer both long term and short term month to month leases. With a short term lease, you need a 7 day notice to vacate. There is no application fee. On a long term lease, resident pays for all utilities except garbage, TV service, and WiFi internet. Short term leases, all utilities are paid by owner. Utilities Provided on Long Term: Satellite TV, WiFi, Garbage Utilities Provided on Short Term: Electric, Water, Sewer, Garbage, Gas, Heat, and Long term. Long Term: $1,450/month ($600 Security Deposit) Short Term: $1,850/month ($450 Security Deposit) Owner Pays for all the utilities. We offer both long term and short term leasing options.
