If we do not receive all needed documents for processing and proof of identification within 24 hours, we will move on to the next application on file. Time is of the essence. Only FULL applications will reserve the property. SECURITY DEPOSIT NOTICE: Once approved, the prospective tenant has 48 hours to submit the full security deposit. This deposit must be paid IN FULL with certified funds (money orders, cashier's check, or cash). NO personal checks are accepted. The property will not be taken off the market until the full security deposit is collected.
