It features a spacious open living/dining area, which is perfect for hosting. It will be a one-year lease, followed by month to month if desired. A background and credit check will be required. Security deposit and first month rent due at signing. Pet rent is $20/cat/month, 2 cats maximum. No smoking allowed. The downstairs tenants are extremely quiet and courteous. The owners live a mile away and are very responsive. Gardeners welcome! There is a cherry bush and wildflower beds in the front yard, as well as blueberry and raspberry bushes in the backyard. Tenants are free to plant non aggressive/invasive plants within the beds. A pristine fire pit was just added, with firewood included. Owner is responsible for water, garbage removal, and landscaping.
