You will feel as though you have escaped the hustle and bustle as you sit outside to enjoy the peace & quiet, but you are actually less than 15 minutes from downtown Austin! If you are looking for a quiet, simple place to call home and enjoy all that nature has to offer, this is the place for you! Please keep in mind: *Occupancy is limited to one person *Visitors are to be limited and absolutely no parties! Maintaining and appreciating the peace and serenity that comes naturally in this environment is a must! *There is no central air/heat - only ceiling fans and one window unit *No laundry facilities on-site *Pets are permitted; however, restrictions may apply (please inquire) *Lease term is month to month but if all goes well, you are welcome to stay as long as you like! *Owner pays for water and resident will reimburse $25 per month; *Owner pays for the electric and trash service; resident will reimburse 60% of the total amount billed by the City of Austin per month. *Lease term is month to month but we are looking for someone who wants to stay for a while! *No smoking *We will review an applicant's credit history, income, rental history and criminal background.
