Thank you for your interest in our Sedgefield neighborhood. Nestled amid Southend and Dilworth, we are offering 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartment homes. This community provides tree-lined streets with convenience to the LYNX light rail, shopping, hot restaurants, entertainment, and neighborhood parks. We require a $75 application fee per lease holder, $175 administration fee, $300 security deposit. Animals are allowed up to two as long as they equal 100 pounds or less. Tours are welcomed Monday-Friday from 9a-4:30p, and Saturday from 10a-3:30p. At our Sedgefield community we only offer 6-month leases at no additional charge. You will then be able to renew your lease or automatically renew to month-to-month leasing with no fees.
