This Mobile Home has been remodeled and is in a very quiet neighborhood. We do accept pets but it is only 2 pets per household and we do not accept breeds: Pitbull, Rottweilers, or Chows or any breeds are mixed with any of these breeds. There is a application process you will have to do. Applications fees are as followed: 1 adult $30, 2 adults $50 and any addition adults are $25 each. To do the application process you have to come to our office @ 9924 US-92 Tampa, FL 33610. We cover Water, Sewer, Garbage and Lawn Care. Renter is responsible for their own electricity. If you have a pet they must be on a leash at all times and you must clean up after you pet. We do not allowed Washer and Dryers in our Mobile Homes.
