Hi everybody! I am looking for someone to rent a private room with a shared bathroom and spacious closet in my 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse. The room is available and move-in ready when you are! Some details about the house: The house is 2100 square feet, was built two years ago, and I am the first owner. I currently live here with one other roommate and we are looking to fill a room because our third roommate took a job out of state. We have in-house laundry, air conditioning, garage and street parking, an office, and an unfinished basement to store whatever you would like to! We have an HOA that takes care of all external property needs (landscaping, snow removal, etc.). The house is also fully furnished with the exception of the available bedroom, though we would be open to any furniture you might be bringing with you!
