You are also blocks away from 75/85, Peachtree Road, and a short distance to 400. It is the perfect location for visiting the city! Minimum lease is one month Hold deposit required and is transitioned to a security deposit. It is non-refundable if you cancel within 30 days. Pets are allowed. There is a charge deducted from deposit if renter does not pick up after their pet; and complaints are raised. All utilities are included No parties on the property, large groups, or loud music after 9:00 due to the family neighborhood. No smoking in the guesthouse and must use a glass ashtray, not plastic.
