The same home in similar established Centex subdivisions sell for $25,000 to $30,000 more because they are NOT affected by the proximity to RDU. The Park is probably the BEST plan within Harrington Grove subdivision as it is the most established neighborhood within the PUD. The lots are slightly larger, more than 1 builder constructed within the plan and your neighbors do not seem to be right on top of you. This is a wonderful "move up" neighborhood with an abundance of younger families with small children through the high school years. Homes do NOT appear to stay on the market for an unreasonably long period of time when they go up for sale. Additionally, the quarterly HOA dues are very reasonable. Plus the HOA association and governing council, and PPM Property Management, Inc. company, are top notch. The extra onsite security provided by a private security company is also a plus. We've had no problems of living in this neighborhood and are NOT looking forward to the day when we may have to move from it.
