Guest Cabin – This neat cabin was built in 1998 out of cypress and is perfectly situated on the spectacular rock bluffs. It has one large open room, bathroom and a front porch that’s a great vantage point to watch the flats below bluff and listen to the seasonal creek. The 308 sq/ft has plenty of room for the bed, refrigerator, microwave, dining area, wood burning stove and propane wall heater. Water and electric are at the cabin and bathroom has on demand hot water heater. Your guests would definitely enjoy spending the weekend in this cabin. They may enjoy it too much and never leave! Workshop – Shop is approximately 32' X 20' with a lean-to for tractor and has water and electricity. It has a large room that would be perfect for work benches and all shop tools. A smaller room could be used as craft room or hobby area. Land – 40+/- wooded acreage with a mix of hardwood and pine. Rock bluffs and rock outcroppings are as interesting as they are beautiful and may contain a cave. Water trickling down the moss covered bluffs makes for spectacular scenery and is a neat place to explore. A seasonal creek meanders through part of the property adding even more to an already scenic piece of the Ozarks. This property offers everything a person needs who really wants to live comfortably in a private and secluded setting.
