Water and electric are at the cabin and bathroom has on demand hot water heater. Your guests would definitely enjoy spending the weekend in this cabin. They may enjoy it too much and never leave! Workshop – Shop is approximately 32' X 20' with a lean-to for tractor and has water and electricity. It has a large room that would be perfect for work benches and all shop tools. A smaller room could be used as craft room or hobby area. Land – 40+/- wooded acreage with a mix of hardwood and pine. Rock bluffs and rock outcroppings are as interesting as they are beautiful and may contain a cave. Water trickling down the moss covered bluffs makes for spectacular scenery and is a neat place to explore.
