Looking for a roommate 1 Room & own bathroom plus access to all utilities and appliances including washer and dryer. $800 a month - light & water included Private landlord - 3 bedroom & 2 Bath house. I'm looking to rent out a room in my house for $800 a month which includes access to the washer & dryer, kitchen , own bathroom and utilities are included lights & water. Move in May 1st or June 1st with a security deposit of $800 due at signing of lease. I do have dogs two French Bull dogs so preferably someone who does not mind inside dogs.
