Rental includes use of the backyard lawns, cabin, and basketball half-court. Partial snow clearing is included. Tenant would be responsible for clearing own stairs and deck and occasionally share clearing of walkway. During heavy snows, we cannot guarantee early clearing of driveway, so flexible work hours would be ideal. The apartment has large picture windows with incredible views and sunlight, a rear porch and private deck, parking areas, own washer and shared dryer in basement with easy access, spacious storage areas.
