Water, sewer, outside light and dumpster for trash are included in rent. So, you'll pay only propane heat and electric. This mobile home is the best and the biggest among 5 mobile homes in the park. Its around 1000 square feet.One of bedrooms even river view, because the mobile home is located in the second row from the Delaware river. It has a new deck on one side and new stairs on the other side. It also has new skirting. If you are a handyman or know something about construction, you can make extra cash, because I have a couple trailers, which needs to be renovated. I would try to answer all your questions by application online, but I would prefer, if you call me with any questions. That way I would also ask you some standart questions, which I usually have to new renters. Then when we both satisfied with answers, we can make an appointment and I will show you the property. Renter is responsible for propane and electric service. Also for mowing the grass and plowing the snow around property when necessary.
