Hey Everyone, I am renting part of this incredible property on top of Lookout mountain in golden. There is the main house, that i'm personally renting, and then a garage apartment, Which is what this ad is for. It's it's own separate studio on top of a 3 car garage that will be all yours. It's been an awesome year living here with elk, deer, wild turkey that come visit all the time. I'm looking for someone or a couple to add to the lease for a 9 month or 1 year lease starting October 1st. Let me know if you are interested or have questions! You will pay a portion of the utilities which are around $120, there is a $65 application fee to be added to the lease and I think that should be it.
