During the spring flood of 2011 this home was inundated to about 4 feet above the lawn/driveway. Every room in the home was adversely effected by the flood. Most inteior walls and floors have been removed tp prevent further wood deterioration and mold. This lot is an excellent building site for a new vacation home which could be elevated to prevent any future flood damage. Incredibly peaceful setting on the Racquette River!
