The average electric and gas bill is $200 monthly. Garbage fee is included in water bill, about $100 monthly. The property is currently occupied, so showing of the property is coordinated with the current renter. Up to 2 days' notice may be needed to be able to see the house. The $1710 per month is a $100 discount from the normal $1810. The $100 is for the tenant taking care of the lawn and snow removal and minor handyman maintenance. Small house-broken dogs are allowed for an additional $25 per month per dog. No cats. Maximum of two small dogs. $30 application fee per each adult.
