    Franklin Township! Large building with approximately 3+/- acres! The approximate size of building is 44' x 80'. Building was built in 1965 as a potato warehouse. Since 1978 the building has been used to house a hobby machine and welding shop and store boats and vehicles. The building has a concrete floor, electricity, and two entrances.
