Upstairs room: $800/month and shares a bathroom with one male roommate currently. We have a nice backyard with a pool and BBQ. First and last month's rent is due at move-in. Utilities range from $200 $400/month per person and include electric, water, trash, wifi, and basic pool service. There is one dog in the home. No other pets allowed. The age group of the house is primarily late 20s/30s (all guys, plus my fiance) We're looking for chill, clean tenants who can move in ASAP. Having people over is okay sure as long as they are respectful. Utilities fluctuate but typically stay around 250 depending on month and how many people are living here.
