This is one of 5 houses that set on a 500 acre ranch. We run cattle in the summer. There are cougar, bears, cayotes, rattle snakes, elk, deer and moose all around. We do NOT allow hunting or even target prractice on the ranch - wildlife is protected. This home was once our grandfather's dairy barn. It does have a garage so that helps in the snowy winters. Winters can be very tough and the driveway to this house is one mile from the main highway. We try to maintain the road but if there is a lot of wind, stay home. Pets are never to be left outside without you or they will be a cougars dinner. No ATV riding off road, no speeding allowed. We have wonderful tenants in the other homes and wonderful neighbors - we expect you to be a good neighbor and to pitch in when roads need repair etc. This home is on a well, we do maintain it. It is also on a septic and we will charge you if sanitary napkins or other items that should not go down the toilet are found. No smoking is allowed. The area around the house will be mowed by the tenant, mainly for a fire deterent. There are certain area where we will allow you to cut wood for the fireplace, you must clear that with us. No fireworks allowed, no shooting of any kind, just enjoy the peace and quiet we are offering.
