The inside of the house is completely new....we removed walls to gain open concept. We enlarged the living/dining area. Completely remodeled the bathroom with all new flooring and fixtures along with all new plumbing throughout the home...we have all new vinyl plank flooring throughout the house and all new HVAC. We replaced every door in the house with practical updated ones and new hardware, we also added new storm doors. The kitchen was completely redone with newly painted cabinets and new countertops and backsplash .We also did extensive cleaning on the exterior of the property and in the unattached shop building. We added custom built cedar shutters and a metal roof on the house. There has been a new metal roof installed on the house with additional insulation added to the attic area. Porch roof over entire back side of the house, cedar porch on back and front of the house with the front porch being totally enclosed as a sunroom.
