Our home is quiet and nestled in a pristine neighborhood with over 3500 sq ft fenced-in yard for your fur babies. There are 3 large grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, gas stations and more here on Mercer Island. Come enjoy a piece of urban nature at its finest! Top scoring schools both public and private for those with children along with amazing parks (walking trails steps from our home) and beaches. Off-street parking, a well-lit walkway to your private entrance. Public transportation is within walking distance. -We are looking for responsible renters, (max 4 people) who are looking for a quiet place to live for 1 month or longer. -The rent includes all utilities including WiFi, water & sewer, gas and electric as well as garbage & recycling. -We have a large fenced-in yard for those with friendly spayed/neutered dogs. -We do not allow smoking inside of the apartment. -There is plenty of off-street parking on our driveway, up to 2 cars. Additional parking is allowed on the shoulder of 53rd St. - A "NON-REFUNDABLE" $40 application-processing fee must be paid prior to acceptance. - A Confidential Rental Application completed and signed by all adults on lease. -The Participant's Consent To Release Information must be signed by everyone in your household 18 and older. NOTICE: This consent form is valid for 15 months from the above date. - A copy of all Social Security Cards for all adults. - A photo ID for all adults applying. - An in person or Zoom meeting with the owners is required before move-in approval. - Verification of all sources of income, assets and eligible deductions. NOTE: an applicant must have verifiable income to be eligible for occupancy. - Credit Check history, past landlord reference check, personal reference check , criminal background check and the national Sex Offense Registry. - A Tenant Certification, the execution of a Lease and Move-In Report. After applying, you are responsible to inform us of any changes in your address, income and/or household make-up. Should you fail to inform us of an address change and we attempt to contact you but our correspondence is "returned to sender", you application will be withdrawn from our waiting list. If you have any questions concerning any of the above requirements, please ask for additional details. -Refundable deposit of $3500 (one month rent) -Refundable Pet deposit of $500 per dog. -Cleaning fee of $200 is non-refundable. -We do not require renters insurance but please note, landlord is not responsible for personal property owned by tenant should it become damaged or missing. -Tenant is responsible for keeping the apartment clean and tidy. Cleaning supplies, a vacuum are supplied by the landlord.
