Play in your own back yard beach volleyball court or stroll along the coastline. This part of the ocean is the perfect spot for surfing and paddle boarding. Carpinteria is a 15 minute drive to Santa Barbara. Summer rate - June, July and August - $20,000 per month Off-season rates - March, April, May, September, October - $16,000 per month Holiday Rate - November, December - $22,000 per month Fully furnished vacation rental - available Jan, Feb, April, May and June 2022 and potentially some fall dates as well. 30 day minimum.
