You would have a medium-sized private room and your own bathroom. The unit has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher/full kitchen. There is a community pool(usually opens May long), volleyball pit, and BBQ. It is right next to major bus routes, and there is some street parking available. The room is unfurnished. I am a quiet 36-year-old male professional. Ideally looking for someone for at least six months minimum. I like playing guitar, and watching hockey and football and I'm pretty chill. Hopefully you are the same. The rent is 1000 plus a share of the Telus Fibre Optic internet and utilities, and a small security deposit. Just looking for one tenant please.
