We will be happy to mow and do snow removal for an additional fee. This would not be part of the rent. The chickens (14 laying hens) are negotiable to the right tenant, or we will relocate them. Small pets are allowed. The actual lease will be drawn up when we both agree on the price and terms. But some things on it will be: -- Absolutely no smoking in the house or outbuildings. -- Appliances are included as-is. -- There will be some delay before we remove our chickens from the yard. If you want to keep them at the house, we can negotiate and figure that out. Otherwise, we will move them. -- After a tour, prospective tenants will need to request a background check via Transunion Smartmove. The fee for the background check is about $37. -- Small pets are allowed. -- The utilities will remain under the landlord's name.
