Clean hunting cabin, sleeps 6 to 10 people. Great views, a history of large bears, deer migration during late season, and tons of other wildlife including bobcats. Willing to negotiate leaving the Argo vehicle which is helpful when the far areas of the swamp are wet. My friends and I love this lane but not getting enough time to spend there so selling it makes sense but not desperate and will mot entertain lowball offers. The cabin recently was reroofed and a new well was installed just weeks ago. There is an indoor bathroom connected to a septic system that was installed by prior owners. Well can be plumbed to the cabin to run the kitchen sink, shower, and toilet if someone wanted to go through the process of having the county inspect and write a permit for using it or putting in a new septic system. There is a water tank in the loft and hand pump for the well. New propane tank (120 gal) with a full tank to run stove tops and overhead lights on the beams in the open loft. The generator is older but fires up and runs every time. The lean-to / garage was also built this summer for locking up the toys as well the log cabin style woodshed for storing extra firewood. We have cut and stored enough wood to fill the covered back deck area with several full (7x12) loads. There are valuable cedar trees on this property that could be sold.
