The completely furnished home and SHORT or MID Term rental is available for short stays of up to 1 full year. COVID-19 SANITIZATION Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can't so please never assume this will be allowed): 1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50 1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100 2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200 These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest's arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to. This is our rental agreement that you accept upon reserving: No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply. No smoking on the property. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided on the front patio. An additional fee to remove stains/odors from cigarettes will apply. Pick up all trash before departing. Place all garbage in an outside trash can. Report any damages and/or breakages within 24 hours of occurrence. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. Please wash all dishes. If the dishwasher was used, please run and unload the dishwasher prior to departure. If there is a W/D available then the Washer/dryer is available for 1+ week stays ONLY. Do not overload the washer/dryer. Do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units. Empty the dryer lint trap after EVERY USE. Additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use. The storage room is to remain closed at all times. Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. Please do not rearrange the furniture. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event that neighbors are disturbed, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OR GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
