We took over payments on this home as a fixer uperr because I own the land. the roof leaks in front room, 3 busted windows, 2 busted vinyl exterior corner, laminate flooring needs redone,there is no water in the guest bath, Deck in front ois NOT INCLUDED, no pump house and the list goes on. I would not suggest anyone buying this house as I will only give you 24 hours to removreit before $1000 a day lot rent is applied
