A unique little paradise for the RVer who has been traveling from park to park and is now looking for a nice quiet place to relax in privacy. Just turn off the water and electric when you want to travel again and away you go. When we found this property in 2004, it was pretty much bare-bones but we could see all the hidden potential in it. One of the pictures shows the property in its original state. It basically had the building which was a workshop and hook-ups for 2 RVs. Over the years we raised the height of the driveway and landscaped about 40 feet of the hill behind for more usable land. We added a covered and cemented carport and built a covered deck overlooking the 1 acre pond. We added a working waterfalls and added a fountain to the pond. The pond is stocked with carp catfish bluegills and bass. We did major renovation to the inside of the building and turned it into a cozy little apartment. We added on a bedroom and utility garage and tiled the floors. We also added a sliding glass door going out to the deck and put in a kitchen. The 2 story workshop is every mans dream with plenty of room for storage etc. We also added a covered RV carport for protection and preservation of our motor coach which we just recently sold. Again as you can see in the pictures, we built a covered fire pit area which has access to water electric and TV reception. We have been avid ATVers since Tn has all kinds of areas for riding the mountains and we built trails on our 8 acre property for taking little sunset rides around the woods. The land was originally set up for building a home on the property and there is a septic tank all ready installed.
