The camper is already there for you to enjoy throughout your build. The public water was very expensive for the developer to get and extend up the mountain. There are Wide roads throughout the development. There is no HOA at this time but as the development gets close to completion the Lot owners will have to form an HOA and collect a yearly fee to maintain the water pump and roads. There are a few other development agreements such as no commercial business being set up and ran on the property such as storing large equipment/salvage yards etc. The rule of three: 1 shed, 1 house, 1 RV spot or 2 RV, 1 house, or 3 cabins, you get the idea. Short term rentals are perfectly fine. Eventually there will be water meters installed at the cost of $1200- $1500 per Lot paid for by the lot owner. Until that time each part time owner using water will pay a normal base fee of $35-$40/mo. Once the development is completed and construction traffic is minimal the HOA will be formed by the lot owners and set covenants for the development. I love this area; I live 3 miles away and can show anytime.
