This is a private 8-lot subdivision near the end of Linnell Landling Road in Brewster. Most of the homes are were built in the 1960's, but have been continually remodeled over the years. Each home sits on a parcel of land which is at least 1/2 acre in size and the neighborhood has a very established feeling. Many homes have a view of Cape Cod Bay, and all the homes share a private bay beach. Our home was renovated in 2021 to add a large 275 sq. foot kitchen and add a bedroom, along with added amenities including central air conditioning.
