This house holds a very special place in our hearts. We own a B&B down the road, and have rented this house for years to individuals who have enjoyed being secluded in the forest. The property has a large pond, hiking trails, and is surrounded by 7,000 acres of state forest. There is also a full attic/artist space in the house with its own bathroom. This is a wonderful place for visiting professors, graduate students, or families who love the outdoors. Electric and gas is not included. Renters are expected to maintain the property. Dogs and cats should be well behaved and should not cause damage to the property. No smoking in the house. We love this house and hope you will care for it as if it's your own!
