Every day you could have a meal at the bar of the kitchen window. The unit comes with a secure covered parking space in the garage and a large storage unit in the basement. Generally, animals are not allowed; however, certified service dogs are allowed, and small emotional support animals (dog and cat) are also allowed with a recommendation from your mental health provider. Located inside the beltway about mile away from I-395 on Seminary Rd, the unit is close to many business districts, including Crystal City, Ballston, Washington DC, and the Pentagon; shopping areas such as Pentagon City, Tysons, Clarendon and Old Town Alexandria; and is also within 15 minutes of Washington Reagan National Airport. Grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, and a Onelife Fitness Center are all available within walking distance. If you work for the Government, there is a shuttle behind the building which would take you to the Pentagon and Crystal City. Also at the Mark Center, which 1/2 mile away from us, when you show your military ID - buses would take you in around area for free. The building itself is a modern, secure high-rise building with a front desk staff available 24/7 for package delivery and pickup, access control, and other assistance; and amenities include a swimming pool, 3 gyms, reading library, billiard room, party rooms, large BBQ grills, freight elevators, and more. Our engineers are available 24/7, of course, after work ours it must be an emergency. Please note that we do not allow smoking within the unit, and there are "House Rules" (mostly concerning noise and common area usage) that must be agreed to. The unit is individually metered and billed by Dominion Energy and the tenant is required to set up an account upon move-in. Internet services can be obtained directly through Verizon and the unit is connected to the FiOS network. There is a trash drop on the floor near the elevator lobby.
