We love the open concept of the home, with a large family room with a Big Projection TV (less than 3 yrs old) with surround sound that stays with home. Great for Super Bowl parties and Family movie nights. We have had many family gatherings, graduation parties, or holiday get-togethers in our home. It's conveniently located 5 min to Meijer/Walmart(north) and Rural King in the Westport Area of Muncie. The home is in the popular Yorktown School and it's economically feasible. Home falls under Muncie Sanitation so sewer and trash pickup is under $30 a month, and home had it's own well, so no water bills. Taxes are low. We loved the large deck (31'x20') and large fenced backyard with a park like feel that has lots of flowers and perennials. The flowers attract a lot of hummingbirds, butterflies and dragon flies. Backyard is adjacent to mature woods with lots of wild life, as well our yard has a lot of large mature trees. Updates: In Oct 2017, a brand new 16' garage door and brand new opener were installed. The home has a two car attached garage, and separate detached 400' sq ft garage. We have a wood burning insert that everyone loves to sit around. The majority of the home is natural gas from the stove, water heater, furnace, and gas dryer hookup. The stove and refrigerator stay with the home. All the window coverings will stay with the home upon purchase. We recently added a 10'x10' raised gardening bed in the back yard. The large master bedroom has two ceiling fans and a sitting area. The other bedrooms have been updated with paint and crown molding and both have ceiling fans.
