40' live aboard slip that allows a 45' boat, in a great marina on Stock Island; Sunset Marina. This slip, located on Grunt Pier, is 40' X 15'. You can live aboard, you can rent short or long-term yourself or utilize the marina to handle your rentals. Sunset Marina amenities include fuel dock, laundromat, secure bath/showers, on-site management, convenience store and open parking for one car per slip. There is access to a swimming pool and workout facility at an extra charge.
