Well-maintained house with 4 br, 2 ba; living room, dining room, family room; wooded five acres in quiet neighborhood near village of Leipers Fork; all electric kitchen appliances furnished; laundry room hook-ups; large deck; fenced back yard for pets and children; storage building; electric heat pump hvac; excellent schools nearby. Up to 4 pets are allowed with an all inclusive pet fee. We rent month to month with 30 days notice. But we prefer tenant remains as long as possible and do not wish for tenant to move for at least a year. Most of our tenants have rented from us for years. Our pet policy is no more than four pets with a $500 all inclusive one-time pet fee. Tenant is responsible for a small amount of grass maintenance. We do yearly shrub and leaf cleaning of yard and gutters. We are responsible for all repairs. We do not allow smoking inside the house. All vehicles must be operational and only parked in driveway.
