The two separate bedrooms make it possible for couples, friends, or a family spread out with enough space to spare. Both rooms feature luxury queen-size beds, individual air control, and black-out curtains to help you get the perfect night's sleep. BATHROOMS The home also boasts two full bathrooms to add to your convenience. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower, a vanity, and plush towels. KITCHEN The stylish kitchen has everything you might need to whip up tasty home-cooked meals. Modern stainless steel appliances, tons of counter space, and cooking essentials like utensils, pots, and pans are just waiting to be at your service. There's also a gas grill outside to help you switch up your menu with BBQ dishes. When it comes time to eat, you can sidle up to the island with seating for four or sit together at the dining table and enjoy incredible desert views from the large windows (seating for four). Each morning you can have your pour-over coffee from one of the seating areas outside as you watch the sunrise over the desert. It doesn't get much better than this! GRAND ROOM The grand room is the perfect space for relaxing together. This open concept room was created by an HGTV designer and features vintage furniture from West Perro's stock and authentic vintage Moroccan rugs from the brand Happy Tapi. Put a record on the Crosley vinyl player as you curl up on the leather sofa or stream your favorite shows on the wall-mounted Smart TV. OUTSIDE SPACE The outside space is the highlight of the home, with a seamless blending of indoor and outdoor living thanks to the double french doors in the living room. Once you step outside, you'll be in the heart of the desert. Relax in the seating area under string lights as you watch the sun go down, cool off in the cowboy pool after a long day of hiking, or count shooting stars from the private hot tub. There is also a fire pit, a grill and an additional seating area by the pool. No matter how you choose to enjoy this space, the desert will not disappoint! First month rent and one month deposit due at signing of lease. Tenant pays utilities. Lease is for one year and then month to month.
