Septic system new installed 2016. Home and garage both have Architectural Shingles. A small part of the MB had termites. All damaged materials were torn out and new wood, insulation, drywall installed and inspected by ServAll of Paris, Tn. Most of interior has been freshly painted and All exterior has been painted and new trim installed. I had Anderson Windows and Door upgraded and installed in 2020. They are such a blessing no matter what weather is outside. This is a nice house in which my family of 6 grew up in. I've lived here since 1994 and this is a great area if you like peace and quiet with prime hunting or viewing of wildlife.
