Tenant is responsible for payment of all utilities, including water/sewer, trash, gas, and electric. Tenant is responsible for keeping the property clean, sanitary, and in good condition and for any damage caused by the tenant or their guests. All required move-in costs, including first month's rent and security deposit, are due in full before move-in. Tenant must notify the owner promptly of any maintenance issues or damage.
