The Frankton House was structurally updated, rebuilt and remodeled starting in 2013 and completed in 2015. The deficient structural members were replaced and supplemented where necessary, all wiring and plumbing was replaced, the utility house services, water, sewer, electrical, and gas were 100% replaced. The roof and windows were replaced, the insulation was replaced thought, most sheet rock was replaced. All outdoor and indoor surfaces were restored to original condition or replaced. All kitchen, bathroom, and laundry closet fixtures and appliances have been replaced with new. All exterior and interior doors and interior trim have been replaced with new. The both floors were reconfigured to meet the current demands of the market for "open concept" living spaces and upgraded master suite. The doors, windows, and trim replacements were chosen to complement the 1935 bungalow legacy of the house. The lawns and plantings have been restored back to original health, a 6' privacy fence allows the wonderful outdoor site to be enjoyed and full advantage views and patio.
