Our complex includes apartments that are one bedroom lofts and apartments, two bedroom apartments, and three bedrooms both townhouse style and flats! Our deposit amounts are $400, $800 and $1600 and will be based on the results of the screening. You will appreciate the lovely amenities we offer, a seasonal heated pool, on-site manager and maintenance, beautifully landscaped grounds, community room with a 55-inch TV and cable, and numerous fitness equipment.
