wonderful settig, 14 acres of gently rolling land complete with woods, views, and privacy....was a retirement log cabin for a couple from fla. currently the estate has it on overnite rentals & it brings in 25,000 -30,000 a year...the cabin was built as a 3 bdr but has 2 bdr septic permit....the setting is just gorgous...mostly level...golf course beautiful grassland...then some woods to side and back...well is shared with next door neighbor who was son of the couple...
