The 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment is in very good condition; all the appliances and bathrooms have been well kept and run smoothly. On the bottom floor, the living room has a sliding door to a small back patio. Upstairs, one of the bedrooms has a small balcony. The spacious apartment is ready to live in at the beginning of August. Our lease ends on the last week of July and we do not want to see all our furniture go to waste; we have a sofa, desks, bookshelves, kitchenware, first aid supplies, cleaning supplies, toolkit, towels, and many other useful everyday items. Take over all of these for $500 only (the items altogether are worth over $500). The Encina Meadows apartment complex is located on Encina Road, near Calle Real Shopping Center. Grocery stores, pharmacies, a movie theater, and restaurants are all within a convenient walking distance in a very safe neighborhood. The complex is well managed and has lots of amenities (one reserved covered parking spot, lots of guest parking, swimming pools, BBQ grills, on-site laundry rooms, community clubhouse etc.). The neighbors are friendly and quiet, plus the apartment management is also very responsive and provides routine acts of kindness such as free coffee or coupons. There is a $30 application fee per person, up to 4 people can be named on the lease. It is required that the household can pay for the apartment, which is confirmed with an employee paystub and employer name with the application. The security deposit is $2589, which can be paid for after you are approved for the apartment and is refundable. The total income of people named on the lease must be greater than 3x the monthly rent, which means all together, those on the lease must make more than 7500.
